| Published fees | According to Maya’s cash-in page, selected partners carry no cash-in charge up to a combined PHP 8,000 a month, with 2 per cent applying beyond that. Maya’s own site supplied that figure, yet verification did not re-fetch it, leaving it weaker evidence than the GCash schedule above, which was read directly. |
Maya states these as MONTHLY wallet limits. For GCash the ceiling is expressed as whatever balance is held at a given moment. Different things are being measured by each number, so lining them up side by side means nothing, however often that is offered as a comparison.
These figures were recorded 2026-09 and are point-in-time. Limits and fees get revised by payment providers without warning, which makes the provider’s own page the only up-to-date source.
How fast money actually moves
Maya settles in real time where the transfer is wallet-to-wallet or InstaPay, and within the same banking day for PESONet. This is about the rail rather than the casino: a withdrawal can sit in an operator’s own review before Maya ever gets it, and that review is typically the source of the wait.
A per-transaction cap of PHP 20,000 on each send to another Maya user and PHP 50,000 a day on InstaPay transfers out, both at the Upgraded tier applies, which is why a larger transfer sometimes has to be split.
Verification tiers
- Basic — A monthly wallet limit of PHP 50,000, with daily purchases also capped at PHP 50,000. Neither InstaPay bank transfers nor sends to other Maya users are open at this tier
- Upgraded — A video selfie, a valid ID and a verified address are required. A PHP 100,000 monthly wallet limit, daily purchases to PHP 100,000, sends to a Maya user held to PHP 20,000 each and PHP 100,000 a day, and InstaPay out at PHP 50,000 a day within PHP 100,000 a month
- Super Users — A wallet limit of PHP 500,000 a month, and PHP 500,000 as the daily purchase and send limit. What qualifies an account for this tier is not published by Maya
- Ultimate Users — A monthly wallet limit of PHP 5,000,000, matched by PHP 5,000,000 daily purchase and send limits. What qualifies an account for this tier is not published by Maya
The published ceiling of PHP 50,000 monthly at Basic, PHP 100,000 once Upgraded, then PHP 500,000 for Super Users and PHP 5,000,000 for Ultimate Users applies to the tier stated above, not to every account.
What Maya says about gambling transactions
Read directly, the Maya e-wallet terms and conditions hold no gambling clause at all, just broad bans on illegal activity and anti-money-laundering breaches. The CREDIT CARD terms cover a separate product, and they do name ‘illegal gambling or unauthorized game of chance’ among restricted transactions, the stated consequence being suspension or cancellation of the card. BSP Memorandum M-2025-029 applied to Maya as well in August 2025, and in-app gambling and gaming links were taken out in response. Keeping the two products apart matters, since a restriction written into a credit card agreement does not bind the wallet.
